Bags increase the player's inventory slots. Added in the Gloomrot expansion, later reworked in Update 1.0.
All bags after 
Silver Thread Bag give some 
Silver Coin Carry Immunity.
Most are crafted at the 
Leatherworking Station (with the exception of 
Bandit Bag).
The Server Setting "InventoryStacksModifier" can be modified to multiply the max stack value of items to increase bag capacity.
